Barrington, Cambridge

Conders Orchard is an impressively designed and constructed traditional house built in the wonderful village of Barrington.

The house is close to 5500ft² set in 1.8 acres with beautiful views of the River Cam and open countryside.

Very careful thought was given to the blending of materials on this project to create a new property that when first complete didn’t immediately strike you as a new house. A clay plain tiled roof incorporating second hand plain tiles, along with Flemish bond brickwork, traditionally weighted sash windows, flint panels, and hand rubbed render all complemented the overall look of this property.
